SOFTWARE DEVELOPER | LOCATION: BRISBANE | EXPERIENCE: 5+ YEARS

Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of GE Smallworld product suites like Electric Office and PowerOn.
  • Strong knowledge of Magik language.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in GE Smallworld product suites
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical / Computer Science or Information Technology)

Responsibilities:

  •  Create functional and technical design documents;
  •  Participate in requirements gathering, business process design and similar types of workshops;
  •  Perform Unit testing, System Acceptance Testing and User Acceptance Testing as needed;
  •  Design projects using GE Smallworld and Magik (proprietary programming language for GE Smallworld);
  •  Develop custom applications using GE Smallworld product suites like Electric Office, GDO/GTO, PowerOn, and PNI.

GRADUATE ENGINEER| LOCATION: MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA | EXPERIENCE: FRESHER

Qualifications:

Recent graduates with bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering

Required Skills:

  • Having basic understanding of software programming with knowledge in object oriented programming
  • Having knowledge on Unit testing an ability to learn and build career in programming
  • Having strong skills in building algorithms with logical thinking

Job Description:  This is a Graduate Engineer Training Program (GTP) for 1 year and you will be trained on

  1. GE Smallworld Application
  2. GIS Technology
  3. Magik Programming Language

Also, required training would be provided for customizing the GE Smallworld Web applications. At the end of training, the resource will be skillful to develop GIS applications of Utilities and Telecom using GE Smallworld framework.

Note: Applicants should be Citizen of Australia or Permanent Resident of Australia
